View suggested mentors

Enrolled Mentees can instantly view Mentor suggestions based on their enrollment preferences and also view additional match insights and mentor expertise to be able to choose an appropriate mentor.

Enroll as a mentee. See Enroll as a mentor or mentee.

Add mentee preferences. See Add mentee preferences.

Procedimento

1. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Your career > Mentoring > Overview.
2. In the Suggested mentors section, view a list of relevant matches based on your preferences.
3. You can either connect with a suggested mentor or use the search option to search for other mentors.
