Create and assign a workplace case with Smart Assessment

  • Workplace managers create a workplace case and assign it to workplace agents for various service requests such as cleaning, maintenance, or inspection tasks. When a case is moved to a specific state (for example, Work in Progress) and meets the configured trigger conditions, a smart assessment instance is automatically created and attached to the case.

    Role required: sn_wsd_case.manager

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Workplace Case Management > Workplace Cases.
    2. Select All to view all the workplace cases.
    3. Select New.
    4. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Workplace service The workplace service that matches your configured smart assessment trigger.
      State The state of a workplace case. Select the state to Work in Progress.
      Assigned to The Workplace agent who will complete the smart assessment. Select the agent from the list.
      Requested for The user on whose behalf the service is being requested.
    5. Specify other field details.
      For more information, see View and track workplace cases.
    6. Select Submit.
      If the case matches the trigger conditions, a smart assessment instance is automatically created and the assessment is attached to the workplace case.
