At a glance page
The At a glance page provides your organizational and HR leaders with instant access to a comprehensive overview of their organization's talent. This page offers a glance at data that measures employee engagement and skill proficiency, along with a glimpse of the teams that comprise your organization.
The At a glance page is the home page for Leader Hub and it gives leaders quick and easy access to the following information about the teams in their organization:
- Skill scores
- Significant skill gaps
- Employee engagement with the growth tools available in the Talent Development suite of applications.
To access the At a glance page, navigate to the Employee Center and select At a glance from the Leader hub drop-down list.
At a glance widgets

| Insight-based suggestions | Widget contains proactive prompts to enable proactive engagement from leaders by bringing actionable insights as prompts into their flow of work. By default, one signal is configured to prompt leaders to review significant skill gaps. |
| Org talent | Provides a glance at the data that appears on the Org talent page. Widget contains a short list of cards that provide data about the talent associated with an employee's team. A link to view all teams on the Org talent page is provided for quick access to the entire talent composition data set. |
| Skill growth area | Provides a glance at the data that appears on the Org skills page. Widget contains the top five skills with the largest skill gaps. A link to view all skills on the Org skills page is provided for quick access to the entire skill composition data set. |
| Growth engagement | Widget contains north-star and drill-down metrics that measure employee engagement with the growth tools provided in the Talent Development suite of applications. |
