  • Update or cancel a universal request with the help of the Virtual Agent in the chat option.

    Procedimento

    1. On the portal home page, open the chat window (Chat icon for Virtual Agent).
      The Virtual Agent prompts you to enter your request.
    2. Enter your request to track, update, or cancel your request.
      If you are not sure about the option to select, enter Track my request.
    3. Select Track universal Request Status (Template)
    4. Select the request that you want to update.
    5. Select the appropriate responses to complete your request.
