View and work on delegated legal duties

    • Delegate legal duties relating to your assigned legal requests, legal matters, legal matter tasks, and approvals to another user when you might not have time or are unavailable.

    Role required: legal_fulfiller

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center.
    2. Click the list icon (List icon).
    3. In the Delegate to me, click a list item to see records assigned to the user who delegated you their duties.
      • Approvals: Opens a list of all delegated approvals for legal requests, legal matters, and legal matter tasks
      • Requests: Opens a list of all delegated legal requests
      • Matters: Opens a list of all delegated legal matters
      • Matter Tasks: Opens a list of all delegated legal matter tasks
    4. Open a record from the list to view and work on it.
