Translation support for Microsoft Teams notification campaigns
ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams supports localization to ServiceNow supported languages in campaigns.
ServiceNow translates campaign content into the user-specific language set in your ServiceNow instance. If you have not set a user-specific language, the Microsoft Teams application delivers campaign content in the default global language set on your system.
You must activate the localized plugins in your instance to use this feature. For more information about plugins and installing the language plugin for ServiceNow supported languages, see Activate a language.
