Configure time limited authentication

Configure the time limited authentication for your external applicants to log in to the Applicant Center.

Time limited authentication (TLA) gives the applicant a more accessible and easy option to log in to the Applicant Center portal, as opposed to remembering different passwords.

Create post-authentication policies for your external applicant role, so that they can log in to the Applicant Center, using a magic link.

Depending on the post-authentication policy you’ve enabled, add a condition for the external applicant role and the Applicant Center identity provider. For more information on the roles in Hiring Experiences, see Roles in Hiring Experiences. The identity provider is unique for each portal.
