Configure the search by the topic facets, which suits your organizational requirements.

The topic facets help filter out content by the hierarchy; topics and sub-topics. You can choose a single or multiple facets to narrow down your search results.

The supported content types for the feature are Service Catalog items, Knowledge Base, and learning content.

The base system facet level support is two. You can add up to 10 levels of facets.

Procedimento

1. Navigate to All > AI Search > Search Applications > ESC Portal Default Search Application.
2. Go to the Facets tab and click New.
3. Create a facet with the relevant details according to the topic or sub-topic.
