Schedule an appointment
Schedule a virtual or in-person appointment by selecting a reason and providing your contact information.

You can schedule an appointment from the following entry points.
Some entry points might not be available based on the configuration set by the admin.
Entry Point Steps to schedule appointment Employee Center - On the landing page, select Schedule Appointment from the Quick Links section.
- On the landing page, select Appointments, then select New appointment.
- In the Human resources menu, in the Quick links section, select Schedule appointment.
Employee Center Pro Kiosk In the Get support section, select Schedule appointment. Knowledge Base article At the end of the article, select Schedule an appointment. Request details From the Actions menu, select Schedule an appointment. My tasks page - Select a task.
- In the task details pane, select Schedule appointment.
ITSM Walk-up Experience While scheduling a walk-up, select Schedule appointment instead. - On the Appointment type page, select Schedule appointment, then select Continue.

On the Schedule appointment form, fill in the fields.

- Select the check box to agree to receive messages and updates about your appointment.
- Opcional:
Select the check box to update the contact information in your profile.
This is applicable if the contact information you provided is different from the information in your profile.
- Opcional: Enter additional details about your appointment.
- Select Schedule appointment.
