    • Associate a matter template with an intake form that can be used when promoting a legal request to a legal matter to include predefined data.

    Nota:
    The Matter Template related list is available on the Intake Form form only when you have selected Matter or Request and Matter as the Type value.
    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_config or sn_lg_matter.matter_config

    When an existing matter template is updated and published, the intake form reflects the latest version of the associated matter template.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Legal Administration > Practice Areas.
    2. Open a practice area.
    3. Open the intake form from the Intake Form related list to which you want to associate a matter template.
    4. In the Matter Template related list, associate an existing matter template or create and associate a new matter template.

      Associate an existing matter template
      1. Click Edit.
      2. Move the required template from the Collection list to the Matter Templates List.
      3. Click Save.
      Create a template and associate it with the intake form
      1. Click New.
      2. Create a legal matter template.

        In the Intake form mapping field of the Matter Template form, ensure that the current intake form is selected.

    Resultado

    The selected matter template is associated with the intake form.
