    • Use the Employee Profile Header Configuration form to create a header for a profile.

    Field Description
    Name Default name or any other name.
    Show Pronouns Option to display user pronouns.
    Edit Images Option to enable employees to edit the avatar and background image.
    Disable Links Option to disable links in the header.
    Background Image Option to enable the background image.
    Action Groups Record of the action group to be added in the header.

    Field Description
    Choose Username Format Format in which the primary user information is to be displayed. Available options:
    • FirstName, LastName
    • LastName, FirstName
    • FirstName, MiddleName, LastName
    Tabela 3. Secondary User Info
    Field Description
    Fields List of fields to be selected from the list of available options. A maximum of three fields can be selected.
    Tabela 4. User Presence Info
    Field Description
    Channel List of available channels.
    Show Presence Status Option to show the user presence status for the selected channel.
