Map category and reasons to a location
Use the Unified Taxonomy for Employee Center to create appointment categories to group appointment reasons and map them to location queues.

Ensure that you have created the following records:
- Unified Taxonomy topic for Employee Center. For more information about Unified Taxonomy, see Unified Taxonomy for Employee Center.
- Walk-up location queue record that you want to map the reasons to. For more information about creating a walk-up location queue, see Create or modify Walk-up Experience locations.
- Appointment reasons that you want to link to the location queue. For more information about creating reasons, see Create an appointment reason.
- Location consent (communication configuration) record that you want to link to the walk-up location queue. For more information about configuring location consent (communication configuration), see Configure appointment communication.
