Using the Career Conversations application

Career Conversations enables manager and employees to create and track conversations from the Employee Center.

• Create a growth conversation in Career Conversations
  Use the Career Conversations app to create a one-time or recurring conversation with an employee. Discuss the employee's growth and development as a professional within your organization.
• Schedule a growth conversation in Career Conversations
  Use the Career Conversations app to simultaneously create and schedule a one-time or recurring conversation with your employee or manager. For each conversation you schedule, discuss the employee's growth and development as a professional within your organization.
• Schedule a mentoring conversation in Career Conversations
  Use the Career Conversations app to schedule a conversation with your mentee or mentor. For each conversation you schedule, discuss topics from which the mentee can benefit the most through the mentorship program.
• Schedule a growth plan check-in conversation
  Use the Career Conversations app to schedule a check-in conversation with your employee or manager about a growth plan explicitly related to the employee's career advancement within your organization.
• Update a growth conversation in Career Conversations
  Use the Career Conversations app to update the agenda for an upcoming conversation with your employee or manager. Center the focus of the discussion around the employee's growth and development as a professional within your organization.
• Close a conversation
  As a manager, you can mark a conversation as completed to easily reference it for future planning and growth activities. Write closing notes and share them with your employee to ensure a shared understanding.

  Use the Career Conversations app to reopen a closed growth conversation to modify talking points and action items.
