  • Safety manager can use the health and safety profile form to assign the Health and Safety profile to employees, visitors, and contractor workers.

    Field Description
    Type Type of the person who's assigned the Health and Safety profile.
    • Employee: An employee of your organization.
    • Visitor: A person from outside the organization who came to the site as a visitor.
    • Contractor: A contract worker from a contractor company who came to the site to perform required tasks. This option appears only when the Health and Safety Contractor Management (sn_hs_crm) application is installed on your instance.     User Name of the user.

    This field appears only when Employee or Contractor is selected from Type.

    Nota:
    When Contractor is selected from Type, this field only lists users who have the [snc_external] role assigned to them.
    Visitor Name of the visitor.

    This field appears only when Visitor is selected from Type.

    Nota:
    This field only lists users who've been added to the Health and Safety visitor [sn_ohs_im_health_and_safety_visitor] table. For more information, see Add a Health and Safety visitor.
    Title Job title of the user.
    Department Department that the user works in.
    Email User's official email address.
    Mobile phone User's mobile number.
    Expertise User's areas of work expertise.

    This field appears only when Employee or Contractor is selected from Type.

    Date of birth User's birth date.

    This field appears only when Employee or Contractor is selected from Type.

    Employment start date Start date of user's employment in the organization.

    This field appears only when Employee or Contractor is selected from Type.

    Employment finish date End date of user's employment in the organization.

    This field appears only when Employee or Contractor is selected from Type.

    Establishments Establishments in the organization that the user works for.
    Locations Locations that the user works at.
