Mentoring
The ServiceNow® Mentoring application is a platform that connects individuals seeking mentorship with experienced mentors. It creates a seamless experience for both mentees and mentors.
Mentoring has the following features:
Enrollment
Employees can choose to enroll as either a Mentee/Mentor or as both roles by indicating their enrollment preferences – skills, focus areas and other preference for mentorship. For more information, see Enroll as a mentor or mentee.
Skills Preferences
Mentees can choose skills as of one of their Mentorship enrollment preferences. Mentors can choose skills that they can provide mentorship assistance. For more information, see Search and add skills.Suggested Mentors
Enrolled Mentees can instantly view Mentor suggestions based on their enrollment preferences and also view additional match insights & mentor expertise to be able to choose an appropriate mentor. For more information, see View suggested mentors.
Mentor Search
Employees can search for mentors by name, job profile. They can also use additional filters to search from the list of mentors.
