View metrics for selected period in ITSM Success Dashboard indicators

    • View the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) metrics on the ITSM Success Dashboard for a selected period to analyze the performance.

    Before you begin

    Role required: user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Success Dashboard > Success Dashboard.
    2. Select Performance Overview tab.
    3. Select Show calendar.
      View the Show calendar option on the success dashboard page
    4. Select the year, and the month.
    5. Select OK.
      Note:

      The values of all the KPIs including the contributing KPIs for the selected criteria is displayed on the dashboard. The data is refreshed for each selected criteria.
