Manage the dashboard in Service Operations Workspace

    • Add or edit the cards that are to be viewed on the IT Agent Dashboard in Service Operations Workspace.

    Before you begin

    Note:
    This dashboard is applicable to all the itil users and user groups.

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. Select Dashboard icon (Dashboard icon).
    3. Select Edit.
    4. Select the Add new element drop-down, and then select the element to be added to the dashboard.
