Take a survey in Service Operations Workspace

Role required: sn_wfo_cfg_itsm.employee

Important:

The Assessments tab is available only when the Workforce Optimization for ITSM plugin sn_wfo_cfg_itsm is activated the instance. If the tab is not visible, verify with your administrator that the plugin is active. For more information, see

About this task

You can respond to surveys or your assessments. You can access surveys available for any group to which you belong.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
2. Access your profile.
   For more information accessing your profile, see Access your profile in Service Operations Workspace.
3. Select the Assessments tab.
4. Go to Surveys > Open.
5. In the Metric type field, select the survey you would like to take.
   Note:

   You can also select the Notifications icon and select the survey.

   You will get notified 7 days before, the day before, and on the day when the survey will be available for you to complete.

6. Select Take a survey.
7. Complete the survey.
