Associate an interaction with a task record

  • Associating a record to an interaction leverages data to streamline processes, enhance the customer experience, and improve resolution time.

    Before you begin

    Role required: itil or admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. Select the List (List icon) icon.
    3. Select Interactions > Open.
    4. Select the interaction record.
    5. Select More Actions (More actions) icon, and then select Associate record.

      A modal is displayed with the list of records.

      Associate records

    6. Select the record that must be associated to the interaction.

      You can select multiple records at once.

    7. Select Associate.

      The selected records are associated with the interaction.
