    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. Select an application such as Interaction, Incident, Problem.
    3. Select a record.
    4. Select Help icon, and then select Help articles tab.

      The Help articles tab contains the list of help articles available on the page. The Take a tour option is available below the list of help articles.

    5. Select Take a tour.
