Use the Time-off requests tab to approve or reject the time-off request that you've received.
Before you begin
Role required: rota_Manager
Procedure

Open the ITSM Mobile Agent app and tap My team.

On the On-call Schedule tab, tap Time-off requests.
A list of time-off requests is displayed. The list is divided into pending and completed requests.

Tap Approve or Reject the time-off requests that you've received.
Note: Add a reason for the time-off request rejection.

Tap the filter icon (
) to view specific time-off requests.

Tap the menu icon (
) and select Request time-off to go to the Request time-off form.

Complete the required fields on the form and tap Submit.
