Request new product or service form

Product managers or release admins can request for a new product or service in Digital Product Release.

Field	Description
Name	Unique name of the product or service.
Owner	User who owns the product or service.
Configuration item	Configuration item (CI) to which this product or service is linked to. You can associate the product or service with configuration item of types as listed in the system property, sn_dpr_workspace.cmdb_model_creation.supported_ci_types. For example, CI of type Technology Management Service, Business Service, Service Instance, or Business Application can be linked.
Type	Request is for a product or service.
Short description	Short description about the product or service is being requested.
