Data collection frequency for DEX Score metrics
Application and device health metrics are collected daily, weekly, and monthly from employees' devices, imported into the ServiceNow instance, and displayed on the Digital Experience Score dashboard.

On the third day. Data for Feb 10, 2024 is available on the DEX Score dashboard to view on Feb 12, 2024. |
| Weekly | Saturday to Sunday | On Mondays of the next week. For example, the data for the week of Feb 08—15, 2024 is available on the DEX Score dashboard to view on Feb 17, 2024. |
