Update DEX Score survey configuration

Update the survey configuration to identify the recipients, method, and timing for sending the DEX Score surveys.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_dex_score.digital_workplace_leader

About this task

The DEX Survey configuration is stored in the Survey Configuration [dex_survey_configuration] table. For more information, see Components installed with Digital Experience Feedback Survey.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Digital Experience Score​ > DEX Survey Configuration.
2. Open a survey configuration to modify its values.
3. On the form, update the fields.

4. Select Update.
