Identify the automation opportunities for ITSM Success Dashboard to implement or improve automation solutions for Virtual Agent (VA).

Before you begin

Role required: sn_sd.success_dashboard_details_read

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Success Dashboard > Success Dashboard.
2. Select the Performance overview tab.
3. Select the Self solved - percentage indicator.
4. Select Insights () on the contextual side panel.
5. Select View in Automation Discovery.
