  • Activate or deactivate alert rules to streamline monitoring and adapt to changing needs, enhancing operational efficiency.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_dex.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation pane, select the DEX Administration icon ().
    3. Select Configure on the Alert rules card.
      The list of alert rules appears.
    4. On the Update alert rule page, select Name the rule.
    5. Under Rule status, use the Active slider (Use the toggle switch to activate the alert rule.) to enable the rule.

      If you want to deactivate an active alert rule, simply slide the toggle switch to the off position.

    6. Select Update.
