Change metrics collection frequency

Change how often the DEX metrics are collected for specific criteria.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_dex_admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
2. In the primary navigation pane, select the DEX Administration icon ().
3. In the Device and application configuration section, select Manage policies on the Agent policies card.
4. Select the policy for which you want to modify the frequency.
5. In the policy record, select Edit in Sandbox.
   Note:

   Make sure you're editing in the correct application.

   
6. In the Check Instances related list, select the name of the appropriate instance.
7. In the Override interval(sec) field, update the value as needed.
8. Select Update, then select Return to Policy.
9. Select Republish.
