Devices list
The Devices page provides information on your organization devices, the device assigned user, last login, matching assignments, status, active alerts, and incidents.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Device | Actual physical or virtual hardware, such as a laptop or mobile device. |
| Assigned to | Name of the person to whom the device is assigned. When the device owner isn’t a ServiceNow user, the name appears as "-". Note: When you select the user’s link, it redirects to the Users page in Service Operations Workspace. |
| Last logged in name | Name of the person who had last logged in to the device. When the user isn’t a ServiceNow user, the name appears as "-". Note:

| Last logged in user ID | User ID of the person who had last logged in to the device. When the user isn’t a ServiceNow user, the name appears as "-". Note:

| Matches assigned to | Indicates whether the device that the user is using to connect to DEX is assigned to the user's name. Note: The field displays Yes when the user is the owner of the device. For shared devices,
Yes is displayed as the value only when the user is the owner of the device. |
| Status | Status of the device such as Up, Down, or Unknown. Note: This field appears only in Devices by ACC status tab. |
| Host data collection | Status of data collection from the device. Note: This field appears only in Devices by ACC status tab. |
| Last logged in location | Location where the device was last logged in. |
| Alerts | Total count of active alerts for the device. |
| Incidents | Total count of active incidents for the device. |
