    • Manage which Digital End-User Experience (DEX) metrics are collected for a DEX agent policy. Stop collecting a metric, or change how frequently metrics are collected for specific criteria.

    Digital End-User Experience collects numerous metrics associated with the specific configuration items (CIs). Such CIs include endpoints or the devices and applications used in your organization. You can collect the following types of metrics with DEX:
    • Windows device performance
    • Windows application performance
    • macOS device performance
    • macOS application performance

    Collecting metrics helps you proactively identify and resolve problems with your devices, applications, and systems. Use the metrics to monitor, analyze, and improve performance, health, and reliability.

    You can view and manage the metrics collected under DEX policies, such as an agent policy. Modify the metrics that you want to collect for a CI or scenario, or change how often a metric is collected.
