View DEX administrators

    • Look up the application administrators who are responsible for managing the application, promoting its proper functioning, and handling any issues that might arise.

    Before you begin

    Confirm that the DEX plugin (sn_dex) is installed.

    Role required: sn_dex.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation pane, select the DEX Administration icon ().
    3. Select Configure on the User roles card.
      The User Roles table opens in a new window, with users grouped by a role.
    4. Select Role: sn_dex.admin to see the list of DEX admins.

    Result

    The list displays all the administrators available for DEX.
