  • Use Digital End-user Experience Self-service to monitor device performance using the Device health check feature available in Desktop Assistant and Employee Center, or conversationally through the Now Assist for ITSM Virtual Agent.

    You can access Device health check from the following sources:

    You might be unable to access the Device health check widget or page due to the following reasons:

    • Device not assigned: DEX monitored devices aren’t assigned to you. 
    • The device is offline: The device list drop-down is inactive and you see a message that the device is currently offline.
    • The device is online but no recent data is available: You see a message notifying you that Device health check is unavailable and are prompted to retry later or open an IT ticket.
