Landing page
The DEX landing page serves as the starting point for the information on the total number of alerts, impacted devices, and a device world map.
To access the landing page, navigate to . The Home icon (
) is selected by default and you can view the landing page of the Service Operations Workspace Performance Analytics dashboard.

The graphs display the latest data from the last two hours.

Employee experience overview
The Employee experience overview section provides details such as active alerts, impacted devices, and active devices.
Devices
The devices world map shows device counts by location, allows you to drill down into specific regions, and redirects to the Devices page for detailed insights.
