Vendor KPI Groups in Vendor Management Workspace
Learn how you can organize your vendors into vendor KPI groups. You can then define Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to analyze the performance of all vendors within that vendor KPI group. Drill down into the metrics for a vendor, KPI or the KPI group—all from a central location.
As a vendor administrator, you can:
- Create a vendor KPI group for a common set of indicators (KPIs) you use to measure the performance of all vendors in that group.
- Add KPIs to the vendor KPI group.
- Add vendors that you want to measure using the KPIs.
- Define upper and lower thresholds to monitor the indicator status.
As a vendor manager, you can:
- Analyze the performance trends for your vendors as well as the performance for associated service offerings, contracts, improvement initiatives, and SLA definitions.
- Drill down into vendors, a KPI group, or a KPI to view trends and historical performance.
