Add targets for vendor score KPIs

  • Set key performance indicator goals for an indicator that contributes to the vendor score so that you can monitor and improve baseline measurements.

    Before you begin

    Role required:

    To set a global target, you need the pa_target_admin and sn_vlm.vendor_manager roles.

    To set a personal target, you need the sn_vlm.vendor_manager role.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Vendor Management > Workspace.
    2. Click the Performance icon (Vendor Performance icon).
    3. Click on a performance score for an indicator for which you want to set a target.
    4. Click the target icon (Target icon) to display the target pane.
    5. Set the KPI target.

      To create a target
      1. Click the plus (+) icon.
      2. Set the target type.
        • To set a global target, click For Everyone.
        • To set a personal target, click For me.
      3. In the New value field, enter a target value you'd like to get your indicator score to.
        Note:
        This value could be based on the previous target, the average KPI score you want to achieve over a period, or a specific value.
      4. In the Target start date field, enter the date you want to start tracking the goal for the target.
      5. In the End review date field, enter the date you want to start tracking the goal for the target.
      6. Click Save.
      To update an existing target
      1. Select the target you want to update.
      2. In the New value field, enter a target value you'd like to get your indicator score to.
        Note:
        This value could be based on the previous target, the average KPI score you want to achieve over a period, or a specific value.
      3. In the Target start date field, enter the date you want to start tracking the goal for the target.
      4. In the End review date field, enter the date you want to start tracking the goal for the target.
      5. Click Update.
