Configure the list view for donut cards in Service Operations Workspace for ITSM

    • Modify columns of the list view, which is displayed when you select a donut card on the landing page.

    Role required: admin

    About this task

    Each donut card is associated with a system table. You can modify the columns in the donut's list view by adding or removing the associated table's fields.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System UI > Views.
    2. From the UI Views list, select sow_landing_page.
    3. From the Lists related list, select the table that you want to modify.
    4. From the List Elements related list, modify the table fields.
    5. Select Update.
