- Knowledge article view - displays knowledge articles with details like title, author, and read time. You can rate articles and switch language.
- Data visualization - displays data from any ServiceNow table using charts, pie graphs, and scorecards.
- Playbook intake - enables users to submit cases using guided experiences and tracks resolution stages.
- Catalog browse - allows you to browse and search catalog items from different catalogs and categories within a third-party website.
